A Kundalini Dance Facilitator and trainer for the past 13 years and Co-founder of Dance Temple Victoria and Collective member of Dance Temple Salt Spring, sharing dance as medicine and being part of the growing culture of ecstatic dance brings her great joy!

Lila loves to create soulful and uplifting sets to inspire body, heart and soul. Weaving tribal rhythms, world grooves, deep basslines and heart melodies she guides journeys to activate and connect us with our inner rhythms and playful spirit!
