All music moves me. I strive to find gratitude in everyday and acceptance in every moment. Overcast and rainy are my favorite days. I love exercising through cardio, strength training, yoga, qi-gong, tai chi, etc. I love to be kissed in the pouring rain. I thoroughly enjoy challenging my mind and taking everything one step deeper. My children bring me more joy than I could have ever imagined. They are my light, my sunshine, my everything.
