These are cassette recordings mostly from Stepping Out - an alternative radio show hosted by Joe Dorgan, Ceasar Flores and others in the early 90's from El Paso Tx. This show had such a profound effect on my life and who I am as a person. Joe and Ceasar shaped it in ways they will never fully understand. I started recording songs from the radio just to save songs I liked, but it turned into a different animal where it's become a life-long project to digitize all 130 and share with the world (Thanks Covid). I only regret that Ceasar is not alive to hear it.
