I've had an interest in electronic music from around the late 80's, probably stemming from the old Deep Heat compilations I stole from my brother to listen to along with his Jean Michel Jarre Albums. In 1993-ish...I started messing around with an old Technics turntable that once sat proudly atop the family home entertainment system, a bad quality mixer, more than likely from Tandy, and a portable CD player. Using any records I could find to make use of, along with some more current CDs, I began to experiment and generally make a noise. Over the years, from saving to buy my first 1210s and learning to beat match, to present day, playing Deep and sometimes Tech House, I've messed around in a few areas, from Chillout to Trance & Techno, studied music production and put on nights for Joe Public to get involved using their own MP3 players. I've just landed in the world of Ableton and it's quite a nice place to be. Where I'll go next, who knows. For now, this is where I'm settling. Enjoy!
