I am in a lot of pain most of the time. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and psoriatic arthritis, among other problems. I try and take each day as it comes. I have my up days and my down days, more down than up but I keep going cos I'm a fighter. I still have a good sense of humour and love a good joke. I try not to let my disabilities rule my life too much. I have lots of great friends on FB and a few other sites and they all help me to keep smiling. I am very grateful to them all for making my life much brighter and happier.
I live in a small village in the middle of nowhere in Suffolk. It is very quiet and nothing much happens here. I have 5 cockatiels who keep me busy and give me a reason to get up in the mornings! They are all very loving and entertaining.
