Freedom is Seeing.
"We dance to fall in love with the spirit of all things" Gabrielle Roth. As a 5Rhythms teacher, I believe that in moving to a "Wave", (how music is purposely laid out in my mixes here), we journey to where our soul yearns to go. My mixes range in musical genres. I share them with a hope to inspire movement in you wherever you are. Your support breathes life into the work I love doing. "Following" me is Free. By selecting paid subscription, you also support the incredible artists working hard to create this magic for us, and you can have access to download and listen any time.
