DJ Laz Vagez was introduced by his God brother who was a DJ on 89.5 CIUT. Going to his house was like a field trip experimenting on the two Technics 1200 he had, and the slew of records he had being with Universal Canada. At the early age of 12, is where he would begin to develop the skill of mixing two records at the same time. At about 15 he and a couple of friends started Mischief Sound Crew, A primarily urban music sound system focusing on Dancehall and Hip-Hop. They had minor success in the area and disbanded but being involved with music made his knack for DJing a line he would eventually cross and turn that dream into something major. At 24, He hosted two internet radio shows and joined DJ coalitions such as Future Star DJ'z, Fleet DJ's and more.
