Lady Sass has been playing all types of soul music ranging from R&B/Soul, Neo Soul, Independent, Rare Groove, Gospel, and Lovers Rock, also interviewed various artists and hosted talk shows on different radio stations over the years.
I started playing music with my cousins Floyd (Flobox Fitness) & DJ Christoss (Cruize) which is how COUSINS INC originated. The sound took off and along the way, we gained members Shoes AKA Martin Wynter, Poleto Don, Boogie Boy, Undercover, 76 and LSG.
This led to my radio career which started on Love FM, then CRL, and Klimaxx FM, doing talk shows with Quincy (comedian and actor) and MR Kiplin (Ladies Sweet Delite, IDRIS ELBA).
Then Blaze FM started on Sunday night’s 10-12 pm and then Saturday 10am till 12, but my favourite show was Sunday 6-8pm.
Along the way, I played in various wine bars & clubs such as Charlene’s, JR’s, Splash, Dougies, Pier One and Visions (Goodie, TC Fords, and crew).
