Music lover! Researcher on the creolization of culture and global cultural currents. Music transcends borders so this has sparked my interest to listen to all this post-production endeavours of younger DJs and musicians. I undestand that it is extremely difficult nowdays to produce anything original be it in the arts, music, fashion and so on. Appropriation and referencing have become the order of the day in all cultural & creative industries. However, this blending of snippets of sounds i think represents the current mindset and by the way a lot of it maybe is not new but definately is refreshing ! We need more of from you guys!!!
