**KLs Beats** is the driving force behind Barcelona collective **Ababol Party** and has been active in the city’s nightlife and cultural scene for over a decade. Born in Galicia, he moved through the US and Zaragoza before settling in Barcelona, where he began as a live percussionist performing alongside DJs in clubs, afters and raves in the late 90s and early 2000s. His musical journey evolved from electro, techno, house and nu disco into footwork, juke, breakbeat and UK bass. His extensive vinyl collection also explores soul, funk, disco and old-school sounds from the 60s onwards, alongside edits and remixes. He has played at **RAZZMATAZZ, Moog and LA PALOMA**, opening for Egyptian Lover, and at **AMEBA** events in front of over 2,000 people. Through **Beats on Wheels**, his mobile, off-grid vinyl sound system, he has brought music to events across Barcelona, working with **Ecler, Flea Market Barcelona, Periferia Beat Festival, Ameba, Bypillow Hotels, BAC * and local city councils.
