Kirch has a signature melodic sound, shaped by organic grooves, ecstatic soundscapes and the love of dance music’s power to connect.
As a teenager, after hearing stories about iconic NZ festivals like ‘The Gathering’, he started DJing progressive house and later went on to host a weekly electronic music radio show.
He followed the festival scene throughout the 2000’s, producing a number of stand-out electronic records and also dived into making and performing visual video art. It was these eclectic experiences that shape his sound today and fuel his passion for dance music.
His music style spans across melodic, progressive, organic, and techno. With a colourful ‘rave’ vibe that blends it all together.
From dropping uplifting progressive house anthems to minimal organic techno rollers, it’s about losing yourself in beautiful crispy sound.
Kirch’s vision is to find a space between the club and outdoors. Where crowds can go deep into music and find space to dance without limits.
