Kate Hutchinson is a journalist, editor, broadcaster and DJ based in London, specialising in music, pop culture and global nightlife. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian, Observer New Review, Sunday Times Culture, The Independent, The Wire, Q, NME, Dazed, i-D, Vice, Mixmag, The Quietus, BBC Music and beyond.

She has a fortnightly live show on Soho Radio (Fridays, 10am-12pm) and has hosted regular shows on Worldwide FM (2017-2021), NTS, Apple Music, Resonance and more. In 2019, Kate launched the award-winning, critically acclaimed podcast The Last Bohemians, profiling maverick and fearless women in the arts, and in 2025, co-produced and hosted the audio series Studio Radicals about innovative and pioneering producers, musicians and engineers.
