Kate runs dance events in Wales & works as a Somatic mentor/teacher. Kate empowers people to connect with their sexuality, offering tools for emotional self regulation and practices that help people remove limiting blockages and tap into their creative power.

Kate Freyja practices and studies traditionally taught Mongolian and Himalayan shamanism and is a practicing Vajrayana Tantric Buddhist. Kate offers holistic shamanistic therapy sessions by donation.
