Hailing from the hedonistic UK free party scene in the late 90’s, J-WaTT's formative years were spent immersed in a glorious mix of acid house, jungle, dub reggae and techno. Money saved from skipping lunch funded the acquisition of 2 belt drive turntables, a mixer and a growing collection of beats on vinyl, allowing J-WaTT the opportunity to experiment with and master the art of DJ’ing.

Over the subsequent 20 years of DJ’ing across the globe from squat parties in London to raves in the jungles of Laos, J-WaTT has honed his sound into a monstrous hybrid of electronic funk with his fetish for 80’s music, the soul shaking sounds of ‘P funk’ and anything electronic that squeaks or bleeps evident in his tune selection and musical journeys. Expect heavy bass, pounding drums and the ever present influence of funk from this dangerously delinquent noise maker.
