DJ and record enthusiast from Brazil, Julia Weck has played alongside or opened for artists such as Mayer Hawthorne, Charles Tolliver, Sun Ra Arkestra, and many more brazilians artists. She has been featured as DJ in festivals such as Sesc Jazz Festival, Virada Sustentável, Virada Cultural, SP Na Rua, Skate Total Urbe Festival, Circuito Sesc de Artes, Jazz ao Pôr do Sol, Jazz Festival FR/BR, Vans x Van Gogh Museum, among others. Is frequently seen playing in important dancing clubs in São Paulo, her home town, such as Casa das Caldeiras, Cine Joia, Kingston Club, Matilha Cultural, Orfeu, Boteco Prato do Dia, Caracol Bar, and many more. In addition, Julia is also member of the women crew Cremosa Vinil and is one of the co-founders of the collective Uh! Manas TV.
