My dad used run summer camps so some of my first memories of live music are under green canvas as a young boy in the 60’s, hearing English folkies playing Bob Dylan, the Seekers and Simon & Garfunkel.

I learned to play the guitar, writing poetry and songs, started playing in bands. I believe that music is a spiritual doorway, a gift from Heaven. It can share your tears and get you out of your seat and dancing! I have travelled extensively and played throughout Europe and America. I was brought up in the Church and there was always music around.

My main musical influences are from the 70's and 80’s with all the other decades thrown into the mix. I was never music-cool in school. I just loved songs: Abba to Led Zeppelin, Jackson Browne to Ozzy Osbourne, B.B. King to the Beatles, Van Morrison to Van Halen, Larry Norman to Mahalia Jackson, Little Feat to Frank Sinatra, you’ll hear it all on my show.
