I was born and west London and raised in London Hampshire and Surrey.

I’ve always loved music across multiple genres. My playlist has a mixture of indie, rock, jazz, soul, reggae, RnB, house and drum & bass. I love to learn about the artists, to know who sung that backing; who produced that song; what did they do before they were an artist? I find it fascinating. I am excited to share this passion with you, here on Run Radio.

Music production is also something I enjoy doing when I have spare time and who knows, I might play some of my own tunes one day.

Something else that I have a huge interest in is mental health. As a mental health first aider, I talk to many people who share their experiences. Lockdown has been an especially difficult time. I think this is something we need to talk about more openly and I would like to have some discussions on my show.
