Jazzed, hosted by Ed Perlstein, brings an array of classic and contemporary jazz music to the airwaves at KPCA. Ed’s love of jazz grew out of his music photography, having photographed the Berkeley Jazz Festival during the late 70s for BAM (Bay Area Music) Magazine. You’ll hear music from Charlie Parker to Charlie Hunter, Dave Brubeck to Dave Grusin, and Dizzy to Duke. Sit back, get jazzed and enjoy this truly American art form.
