PopUpToGetDown - A south London collective of DJ’s, producers and all-round party starters, poppin’ up and gettin’ down since their club night launched at London’s legendary Social back in 2018. With eclectic tastes from Balearic to broken beat, House to hip hop, jazz to jungle and pretty much anything in between, if you can get down to it, they’ll be popping up with it.
The collective’s acid house aficionado Bailo hosts a monthly slot on Music Box Radio, and latterly members Eames & J_Fuse have collaborated on production with Silvertooth for 2024’s summer smash ‘Shut ‘um down’, their remix supported by esteemed DJ’s Harvey, Cosmo and Francois K.
Silvertooth’s ‘Satellites’ is due autumn ‘25, with another PUTGD remix already creating a buzz. The first original material from the collective is slated for release on Silvertooth’s eponymous label later in the year, with more original output due for release on Tee Mango’s Superunknown imprint in early ‘26.
