Khama [AKA Jamie R Harper] began his journey into Drum and Bass by attending his first ever rave - a Playaz takeover at Fabric. After going home and tirelessly searching for the song that stuck in his head the day after (Mr Happy by DJ Hazard), his passion for the genre extended beyond JumpUp and into the wider realms of DnB. That one evening in London would have a profound effect on his path, and ultimately lead to a desire to perform 170bpm beats as a DJ, a radio presenter and an enthusiast.

Harper's eclectic range of DnB tastes stems from a range of early influences, from Metrik and Eazy, to Black Sun Empire and TC. Today, these influences are evident in his mixes and shows, where a passion for knowing his artists and music alike produces informed shows which cover a spectrum of Drum and Bass subgenres.
