Since his childhood, jaemacho has always loved and appreciated music. His love for house music and the underground club scene started in the mid 90'S when his cousin would bring home music that was being played at places like Arena, Tunnel, etc. But it was his first club experience at Club Shelter, when he realized how infectious "jack's" groove really is. His passion for DJing started shortly after. Those most influential in his life as a DJ include, 2 good friends, one who taught jaemacho how to DJ and the other was a local record shop employee that would put aside "special" records for him. However, the DJ who most influenced his sound is Danny Tenaglia. Jaemacho has been a DJ for more than 10 years and has played at many small NYC venues. For the past 3 years, he has held residency at all Sushi Lounge locations and you can find him every Friday at the Hoboken, NJ location.
