Chicago native Rafael “Ito” Garcia’s roots go deep. From spinning at local clubs to headlining events across the US. Ito co-founded the Hispanic Syndicate Empire which produced some of the most influential underground mix tapes in the Chicagoland area. Ito has released tracks like Obscure, Strong Feeling, I've been loving you, Muzik takes me high, and Get lost in the muzik. Ito has also collaborated with CZR on tracks like Bringin’ the Funk, Soiree, and Wonder of you which was released on the world-renown record labels Subliminal and Sondos.
