Im A Goldminer was the slogan used by the famous Goldmine Nightclub in Canvey Island, Essex. The Goldmine, Canvey Island was the mecca of Jazz, Funk & Soul music in the 70s, 80s & 90s. Our Facebook site and soon to be launched website has been setup to "Keep the Soul Alive". The main concept of our Facebook site and webpage is to act as a portal for events and information to do with our beloved Jazz, Funk & Soul. So, if youre a DJ, Events company, Record Label, Band, Singer, Pub or just somebody that loves the music, post all of your events and information to our sites.

We love Jazz, Funk and Soul music from an early age. The Top House in Aveley back in the 80s and well know venues in East London, including the Boar & Thistle in Wansted, Villa Stefano in London and the Prince of Wales in Ockendon. T
