Igor Solonkovich is originally from Saint Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia. Igor grew up on the Neva River of St. Petersburg, and learned its classic history first hand. Solonkovich’ hometown of Saint Petersburg is a highly Westernized city, a veritable industrial engine of commerce and Western products and manufacturing.
