Homegrown aka Benj & Nathan J have been playing deep house music to their revelers for over 30 years. Originally from the Isle of Wight and enjoying the development of house music in the early nineties and then hosting a number of Homegrown parties with their partner dj Tricky now the founder of the amazing Return to Rio festival in Australia. They have enjoyed putting on nights in London, Australia, Austria, Greece and a 2 year residency at Club da Baia in Portugal, where the vibe is very much alive! It's back to the essence of clubbing, deep groovey spacey melodies with up front fuelled beats!
Dj benj has played alongside many distinct djs, including Maxi Jazz from Faithless, Layo and Bushwacka, Colin Faver and hosting nights with Mr.C at the famous Middlesex Uni parties in 95-96. Then being the resident dj to the launch of Gaia Live internet radio in 1995, one of the first dance music live broadcasting shows. Homegrown currently reside and play in Santorini.
