Saizen has lived in Sapporo,Japan. He started his career as a DJ since 1995.
He participated in the resident techno party "LINK" that DJ Hitoshi started at Precious Hall,Sapporo in 1997.
"LINK" continued for about 13 years,had a great influence to techno freaks.

Then he started a new resident party "LAIDE" at Precious Hall in 2010,with MAO-FU,MAL,JUN-GOLD and DJ DYE.
His productions are released on Gate Records that he manage,Elektrax Recordings & Hypnotic Room.

Saizen is the firekeeper of sapporo techno.
