Hennie van Hoorn aka Hennix comes into contact with music early in his life. In the early 80s (at the age of 12) he is a big fan of Ultravox, Jean Michel Jarre and Nova. His love for electronic music was also born by these artists.

In the mid-80s he started his own drive-in show, with which he was invited to many parties as a DJ. At that time he is also busy in his bedroom studio. This resulted in many mixtapes. When trance and techno made its appearance in the 90s, this love for electronic music was sparked up even more and he fully embraced it.

In 2015 when life is back in calm water, there will be an invitation from Jose (Faith Mark) for a cool trance party. This has been the inspiration for organizing the TranceXpedition party and returning to the dance scene.
