Created by Roy Tanaka, C.J. Williams, and Darren Ervin-Fox in late 1989, The Groove Zone (Oly WA) collective was on the flipside of the Olympia music scene. Catering to events, nightclub promotions and gigs, local underground radio, and eventually online radio, too.
Its later programs featured conversations with Alternative music's royalty, as well as a podcast that was originally co-hosted by Australian recording artist DUB FX.
