Born in the I.E., Gil T has always have had a niche for music. Raised in the 90’s under influences by his relatives such as Zapp & Roger, Bad Boy Bill, Parliament & Curtis Mayfield. He’s a percussive shaman who dances on clouds and drink skyways for breakfast. There’s a funky 4 on the floor beat imbedded into the rhythm of his soul. At the age of 10 he taught himself how to play drums on his first set & realized there was no limit of genres he could dive into & explore. Ranging from acid fusion to grind core he wanted to play everything & anything he could get his hands on. Still to this day he’s always have had that perspective on music. Mixing out house parties for fun, he played any cd that was handed to him. Mac Dre, Black Sabbath into Aesop rock into sublime and after that his spinning took off.
