Gemstar is a riveting Hip Hop artist from the streets of New York with a solid commitment to music. . Born and raised in Roosevelt, Long Island NY, music has been the air he breathes from day one. The passion in his heart for music can be heard through tracks like “Survive,” because he represents the people’s struggles in this hard knock life. His hard work in the studio transcends on the stage because it is there the explosive nature of his craft can be experienced. This mixtape features one of Tampa Bay’s greatest Dj’s, Dj Headbussa of Wild 94.1 radio crew. This project featured some of Gemstar’s old tracks, “Outrageous” and “So High”, as well as a few new ones such as “Don’t Worry” and “Snap a Picture.” Another one of Gemstar’s most recent endeavors has been an international tour with Universal recording artist, Marpo, in the Czech Republic. On this tour, he accompanies his fellow artists, Hard Target and Kensta Lopez to make new music from Hip-hop to Rock
