In addition to his active time in techno music, DJ Fax aka Frank Axonoff also had a presence in hip hop.
As a versatile artist and musician, he felt comfortable in different genres and used his talents to shine in the hip hop field as well.
In the 1990s, DJ Fax was resident DJ at the renowned Heaven discotheque in Delmenhorst. This position enabled him to present his diverse musical skills to a wide audience.
His sets were legendary and attracted music lovers from all over the region.
He also provided the sound for the opening of Pier 2 in Bremen as a DJ.
DJ Fax was also a regular at the Maddox discotheque, F-Haus, X-ite, Gate, Drome and Docklands in Bremen, as well as at the Technoparades in Bremen and Hanover. The Werk 2 in Oldenburg, Disko 2000, e-box, Area51, La Palma, Dreamland @ Aladin and many other clubs throughout Germany were stations that he was allowed to visit as a DJ.
