Starting out in London in the early 2000's, Funk From The Trunk has grown to become the standard bearer for funk and soul music in Bristol. Consisting of DJs: Mr Lingo, Powercut, Dr Karl Groover, Ewan Hoozami & Vallee, their growing demand has seen them expanding to be much more than just a DJ collective.

As promoters, FFTT moved to the forefront of Bristol's funk-influenced music scene in 2008 and have not looked back, showcasing some of the world's finest funk acts and supporting world class artists at their XXL parties.

The 'Funkateers' have established themselves as Bristol's most exciting and versatile party-starting crew, rocking a mash up of anything from straight up funk, beats, boogaloo and hip-hop through to soulful classics. FFTT can also regularly be found rocking crowds at festivals and events throughout the UK and Europe.
