Essential Dance: Fascinating Rhythm is a two hour radio show hosted by Ste Dawson, who’s mission is to get you ready for your weekend by mixing the best in old skool classics and nu skool clubbing anthems the way he knows how.

Ste Dawson has been at the controls of Essential Dance: Fascinating Rhythm since 2013 and has been involved in the radio industry for almost a decade.

The radio show has aired on South Lincolnshire's 107.5 Tulip Radio, on the Costa Del Sol's 89.2 FM Castle Radio and on Eastbourne's 87.7FM Radio Airbourne between 2013 and 2019.
