Part of Detroit Techno Militia’s RECON:313, Emanuel Eisbrenner (born 1975, Lüneburg) was raised in an artist family and shaped by Berlin’s avant-garde. Influenced by his father’s involvement in early electronic and free music experiments, he developed a deep connection to sound from an early age. By nine, he was already working with computers, later combining synthesizers and MIDI systems, laying the foundation for his hardware-driven approach.
In 1993, a journey to India introduced him to techno culture, leading to his first extended DJ sets. Returning to Germany, he quickly entered the club circuit, holding a residency in Dortmund. moving to Berlin in 1995. There, he became a regular at key venues including Tresor,Maria,Casino etc. Known for powerful sets, he became a Resident Artist within the Tresor sphere. With releases on Aromamusic, Intoxik,JSEE records and others, Eisbrenner stands for raw, uncompromising techno. Never less!
