Isaac Vicente (DJ Toxic-R8) is one of the first Portuguese guys involved with underground electronic music in Europe. He started by promoting parties in Belgium (late 80's) and in 1991 he decided that time had come to become a DJ.
Professionally he started mixing in '92 in Belgium and soon he made a name for himself and attracted the interest of some of the first booking agencies in Europe such as Frankfurt Beat, Chain Reaction, House Nation just to name a few. That allowed him to play all around Belgium, France, Holland, Luxemburg, Germany, Czech Republic and to share the decks with some big Techno names.
Member of the B.W.P. Experiments crew which is considered by many as the generators of the true underground movement in Belgium! After over a decade in Belgium he returns to Lisbon and becomes one of the faces of "Raveman Records" (shop, label & event promoters) and one of the "Techno Militia" DJ's.
Now he's the head behind "Random Recordings" label, a long time project.
