DJ Envelope is an artist from Amsterdam, co-founder of Nachtkantoor, regarded for playing an eclectic range of music. His early musical education came via his elders consisting of mostly African music, Mestizo and rock-'n-roll music.

In his early teens he discovered a fascination for house music, dub, hip-hop, funk and soul, which has resulted in a very diverse style of mixing and blending records.

His sole goal is to make the people dance and enrich the lives of his listeners.

As a DJ he is always widely informed and draws on styles to suit the many different settings in which he plays.
