this mix examines the things that are constant in life - maybe your heartbeat, or your lifelong best friend, or your drive to express yourself creatively. but also, maybe your impostor syndrome, or mental health challenges, or a particular contentious relationship.
this line of inquiry also brought me to dive into the myth of Sisyphus, whose constant was an eternity of rolling a ball up a hill, only to see it roll back down to restart the whole process. and what happens when a constant transforms into a variable? as one dancer reminded me, the only constant is change.
