Catharsis

catharsis is my driving force as a DJ. i am continually inspired by the moments i have experienced on the dance floor as a participant, where the right song hit at the right time and shifted something very real in my energy. the way i craft my waves is intentional, in service of creating a musical structure where people can release stuck energy. over the years, i have tested a million different ways of pushing towards that cathartic peak, and found many paths up that mountain. this set is an homage to that process, and the magic of the ecstatic dance wave.
