I am an Internet Radio show host for Blogtalkradio.com (Ebony’s Real Talks) also a Relationship Life Coach and Trainer. I have worked in the Public Sector for over 20 years mainly in Community Development. I see myself as a people’s person with a passion for change. I like to help my listeners on my shows and the people I work with to be the change they want to see. I don’t believe in limitations and that fits my personality which is outgoing, fun-loving, highly active, energetic, an out of the box thinker, proactive and sometimes a little of the wall lol. In 2010 my daughter asked me to jog with her to help her lose weight, after jogging 3 times a week for 1 year she lost the weight and I found a love for running. After an injury set back in 2011 which prevented me from competing that year, I completed the London Marathon on 22nd April 2012 in 6hrs:05 minutes, after getting injured 5 miles into the race.
