Hi everyone .I'm Drew from the English Lake district . My working life was spent in hotels and restaurants for 27 years .I gave up my job to become my late mother's full-time carer .I was unable to resume my hotel work after her death due to the onset of Menieres Disease which affects my balance and hearing .My one remaining ambition was to become a DJ /radio presenter and i finally achieved it this year .I now present live radio programmes 6 days a week on http://www.golden-grooves-radio.net/ and i love every minute of it . Joining Mixcloud has given me a chance to share my radio shows with you especially my 60s show which covers the A to Z of every artist who had a hit in the UK singles charts throughout the whole decade .I'm very proud of these shows because they have attracted a big listening audience .I hope to add to my listening figures by posting my shows on here on a regular basis . I would be interested to receive any feedback on these shows hopefully complimentary
