That’s how YoungJeeky describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go old school, his wide range of selections are a reflection of himself. Having grown up in a hip-hop/rap dominant era of the late 1990s and early 2000s, YoungJeeky came from a family that all enjoyed the music genre and as time went on he developed an ear for urban music. YoungJeeky as a result has a wide variety of favourites which dates back to the early 90s. Today, this reflects into his sets where he picks classics from the past and infuses together with today's heat: old school funky bass lines, creative lyrics to hard hitting bass and catchy hooks.

YoungJeeky is no stranger to the Urban night scene in Adelaide, playing week in week out to a packed venue. Though he loves playing in nightclubs and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum
