Hi I'm Kiren Padayachee aka DJ XISIX from Johannesburg, South Africa! (Pronounced X-I-SIX, there’s a story behind it ;) ) Engineer by day, DJ by night!
I love high energy music regardless of genre! EDM, House, Drum n Bass, Hard Dance, even the odd Dubstep sometimes. My staple diet though has and always will be TRANCE!
I've always loved DJ'ing ever since hearing the scratching in Sir Mix-A-Lot’s Baby Got Back. I’ve taken a bit of a detour on my way to becoming a scratch master (I’m still learning though!) because I just fell in love with the electronic rave scene of the 90’s and early 2000’s with the amazing Trance And House tunes that came out then. I have never made money off DJ'ing, and I don’t care, I do it because I love it. If I get somewhere more then that’s awesome :)
