How it started
Born in Constanța on January 20, 1989, Traian Mircea Voineagu (TMV) had an early passion for old-school music. Moving to Bucharest in 2008, he immersed himself in the club scene as a photographer for BeatFactor. Inspired by legendary DJs, he began mixing and launched TMV’s Essentials, a mixtape series that quickly gained traction.

TMV’s Essentials blends tech house, deep progressive, drum 'n' bass, and electro swing, all harmonically mixed for a seamless journey. The show evolved, airing on One FM, streaming worldwide, and welcoming guest DJs.

Live Sets & Beyond
TMV started to debut in clubs in 2011, later becoming a Bucharest club staple. In 2013, he co-founded Fields Groove, fusing live electronic and instrumental music. Festivals, club nights, and even van life followed, but the Essentials remains alive - always pushing the groove forward!
