Theron has been one of the most influential DJs for the last decade in San Diego and throughout the continental US. Some of his achievements are, first place out of 20 DJs at the “DJ Spin-Off” contest- 4th and B nightclub-2002; Eventvibe’s “DJ of the Year” in 2004. Back to Back awards for “Best Resident DJ”-944 Magazine Platinum Awards in both 2006 and 2007; And most recently Theron received 944 “Reader's Pick For Best DJ"- 2011 in San Diego. His innovative approach combined with his laid back persona has given his following a unique artistic perspective in creating and DJing music. Musically, he aesthetically refuses to conform to the status quo as he stays true to his roots of rock, 80’s, punk, old funk and breakbeats to create his own fresh style of electronic, party rockin’, breakbeats and house music.
