DJ Stean has been spinning vinyl exclusively since 1998, blending hip-hop roots with jazz, soul, and funk into eclectic sets that go far beyond the mainstream. His versatility makes him equally at home in listening bars, clubs, and on major festival stages. Career highlights include performing at Splash Festival 2009 with KAAS (Die Orsons), contributing to two tracks on “3,14”, the 2021 debut album of Bonn-based rapper Die P, and touring internationally with Karlsruhe rapper Haze – culminating in a show for more than 9,000 people on the main stage of the Hook Up Festival 2023 in their hometown of Karlsruhe.
