I'm Silly Syl. I'm a Boston-bred, Oakland-based DJ.

I moved to the Bay Area at the end of 2015. I quickly made a name for myself in the lesbian nightlife scene, racking up performances at QBar and UHaul SF.
In the past year, I’ve also held down opening slots for artists like Orijanus + Lege Kale (F8), Prince Fox + CryWolf + TastyTreat (1015 Folsom), Sosupersam (1015 Folsom), and Snakehips (Phoenix Hotel).
Other notable performances include WhatTheFestival (Oregon), Lock & Key, Blind Dragon, + Blue J Lounge (Los Angeles), Chitty Bang (Oahu, Hawaii), NoFilterCafe (New Delhi, India).

I host a weekly radio show on Traklife.com, where I introduce my audience to undiscovered electronic Soundcloud gems and remixes of hip-hop/r&b favorites. As of May 22, 2018, I’ve hit the 100-episode mark!
