Brooklyn native Sherlan Sharpe, developed a love for music at an early age. His Trinidadian heritage shaped his natural love for Soca, however, by his teenage years he was a lover of all genres from hip-hop, soul classics, pop, house and alternative. That love quickly turned into a passion and then into a career.

His ability to mix, evaluate his audience, and create a highly entertaining event has been what sets him apart from other dj’s. Cohesive sets, paired with his outgoing personality and amazing mic presence, are also the reasons he’s been able to consistently and continuously work in such an on demand yet unorthodox industry. Having performed for crowds as small as 10 people, to packing a venue that holds 5000, shows his diversity.

DJ Sherlan has been able to display his talents for a variety of events from weddings, birthday parties and corporate events, to nightclubs, and events for colleges and large universities.
