Having grown up in South London with a defining new sound emerging which was to become known as tech house, Jon ‘misterjon’ Hammond has over 25+ years of DJing experience across London, Wales and Bristol, Scotland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia and NZ. In Melbourne, Jon ran his own street press called Cheap Thrills. Now based in Geelong, a set from misterjon can range from blissed out chilled beats and groovy shit, through disco, deep and laid back house to grooving tech house and funky techno, and even drum n bass and jungle.
