DJ MARCELA – HOUSE & LATIN VIBES
It has always been a dream of mine to combine the two loves of my life! I’ve been interested in food as long as I can remember and i’ve been dancing as soon as I could walk! At the age of 5 I stared spending lot’s of time around the kitchen with my grandmother. I was a child with lots of energy. They used to call me Pila (meaning battery). I had a lots of questions that I made sure I got answered. At the age of 8 I was cooking for the boy scouts as it was the only way for me to get in as they were boys, but they needed to eat. I’ve been writing my own recipes ever since and changing them as I find ways to make them healthier.To make this story short I have been DJing for 20 years and parallel to that career I have been cooking when I can and where they let me. PlusI have traveled extensively. One of my dreams was to combine my passions into a radio show featuring the house musica and food that I love. That’s how BASS KITCHEN came about
