Caribbean-born, Houston-raised DJ Lil Tiger cultivates his soulful sound from a blend of r&b, funk, disco, house, funky house/uk funky, broken beat, soca, dancehall, afrobeats, afro-latin rhythms, reggaeton and Hip-Hop.
He hosts Impulse Travels (www.impulsetravels.org), an international music show on Harlem's WHCR 90.3fm (whcr.org) that airs Wednesday nights from 8-10pm ET and on Traklife Radio (traklife.com) on Mondays from 3-5pm ET.
Lil Tiger is also the founder —=(] buhbOmp [)=—, co-host of Touch and Feel Radio (Houston/NYC), and a core member of the Sound Liberation Front, a Brooklyn-based music and culture organization known for their rooftop parties and other events around New York City.
The Brooklyn-based Arubian DJ also co-hosted two of Texas’ seminal underground Hip-Hop shows, the House of Phat Beats (Austin/KVRX) and the Dolla Holla Show (Austin/KO.OP), and was a fixture on DJ Sun’s renowned Houston radio show Soular Grooves (KPFT).
